Trademark Registration as a Business Grows

My web journey started in 2001. Since then, I have survived every challenge in the evolution of web technology, from slow dial-up internet, to the boom of online shopping, followed by the explosion of mobile apps.
There is too much to tell from 25 years, but one thing I have mastered is embracing technological changes for the benefit of my team, clients, friends, and myself.
Now once again, I’m using my years of experience on this new era of AI for one purpose: to help people like you benefit and continue making all of this possible.
Juan Anidos helps clients better understand the web, AI, and the benefits of building a premium online presence, while also advising them on the importance of online compliance and the risks of noncompliance. At the same time, he personally takes the time to know your vision and guide his team on each project to deliver the right results.
Back in 2001, hearing the dial-up noise was part of the excitement before a web page opened. Web development wasn’t popular yet, and at the time, I ran a landscape design business that I loved very much. Working without a custom domain, I used Yahoo! GeoCities’ free website builder to create my very first web pages. Thereafter, I put my hands on Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver right from my studio apartment in Miami Springs.
My daily life was managing my landscape business by day, enjoying the mornings, and watching TechTV at night. This is how I got hands-on with hardware, software, local servers, firewalls, and network security from scratch, becoming self-taught in IT infrastructure. I started helping friends for free just to build my skills, until they valued my knowledge so much they insisted on paying me. One paid me to choose and set up his multi-screen workstation; another paid me to fix his technical problems. I never asked for money or expected it. Pure passion for technology was my drive, not the money.
By 2005, Faster DSL was the fashion and online shopping boom. I launched Bnetcom to provide IT, VoIP services, and network security for law firms, medical practices, and small businesses across Miami. As everything moved rapidly from paper to digital, I mastered strict Florida Bar regulations for lawyers and HIPAA compliance. These weren’t optional; they dictated whether my clients could rely on me and my team.
During this time, I proudly developed the first nationwide online legal consultation site for a large law firm. It was built to process payments and enable secure legal consultations across the country, featuring deep security structures to protect attorney-client privilege. For medical clients, I built web communication channels with maximum security standards. Seeing my world embrace both IT services and web development, I launched two dedicated companies: 911FIX for IT services and 911MYWEB for web development solutions. Everything was moving so fast, the brand idea was born from that urgency. Around 2008, I developed the Global Forex Investment platform, mastering financial data encryption, currency exchange online and regulatory financial compliance under FTC standards. This era allowed me to merge advanced technical security with strict legal compliance.
boom. Mobile websites and apps were coming like a midnight train. There was no time to blink, just act. As client demand shifted heavily toward mobile-responsive design, I made a major decision to set 911FIX aside and focus on 911MYWEB full-time.
WordPress was emerging as the dominant platform powering the web. I became deeply skilled in its development, optimization, and security, building hundreds of sites for restaurants, law firms, medical practices, and e-commerce stores. Among them was Miami’s iconic El Palacio de los Jugos. I proudly helped rescue their domain from squatters and handed it back to the business owner at no cost, simply for the opportunity to have them in my portfolio. During this era, I stayed ahead of the curve by implementing security best practices, mastering Google algorithm changes, and understanding SEO fundamentals. I also spoke at AngelHack about ethics in IT and business integrity, proving that doing right by the client is always our driving force.
As online shopping exploded, so did internet scams. When the government and Google made strict new rules to punish bad websites, I focused on protecting my clients so their businesses wouldn’t get penalized or shut down. Then, the pandemic hit. My phone did not stop ringing with business owners trying to survive and move online. I jumped into action, setting up remote systems and online meetings fast. This era taught me that being ready for sudden change is what keeps a business alive.
For many of my clients, my experience means what some already call me: a true Miami Web Expert. In fact, writing my story for the first time online sparked the idea to launch miamiwebexpert.com, a domain where I will be sharing valuable information to help businesses.
I have lived through every major web technology shift. Today, I live a simple life, completely confident in my experience and skills. You can usually find me around Miami, working from a local Starbucks or my other favorite coffee spots, surrounded by great people and making long-lasting friends.
This journey has taught me that experience and confidence shouldn’t change you in a negative way. For me, it did the opposite. It helped me become a better, more humble person who is deeply committed to helping startup dreamers succeed. Inside of me, that same young, energetic Juan Anidos still exists just as passionate about technology and just as hungry for whatever the future brings.
