I started working on websites in 2001, long before online business became what it is today.

Over the years, I have worked with businesses in different industries and watched the internet evolve from simple websites to today’s world of eCommerce, search engines, social media, artificial intelligence, and increasing business regulations.

One thing has never changed.

Many business owners invest time, money, and passion into building their business, but very few are taught the responsibilities that come with operating online. Most discover them only after a problem appears.

Some lose search rankings.

Others face copyright or trademark disputes.

Some unknowingly collect customer information the wrong way.

Many simply don’t know what they don’t know.

That is why I wrote the Online Business Compliance book series.

These books are based on more than 20 years of professional experience, continuous research, and real-world lessons learned while working with online businesses.

My goal is simple.

To explain complex topics in plain English so business owners can better understand the online world, avoid common mistakes, reduce unnecessary risks, and build stronger businesses.

I don’t believe knowledge should be complicated.

It should be practical, honest, and useful.
